How will my order be shipped?
All items will be sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Very light orders (thirteen ounces or under) will be sent using USPS First Class mail. Heavier orders will be sent using USPS Priority Mail which includes a tracking number.

When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within two business days or less. Your order confirmation e-mail will contain a link to page that will be kept up-to-date with your current order status.

Which countries do you ship to?
Currently we only ship to the United States. But we are actively working on shipping internationally. If you are interested in placing an international order, then please get in touch with us via e-mail ([email protected]) so we can try to make it happen.

What payment methods do you accept? Is it secure?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Discover, Diners Club, and JCB credit and debit cards. Alternatively, you may checkout using PayPal. Our site maintains Level 1 PCI DSS compliance and is securely hosted.

What is your return policy?
We're sorry, but we cannot accept returns at this time. If your order has not been shipped, then you may cancel your order and you will receive a full refund (see details below).

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us directly so we can cancel your order and issue a refund. 

How to Cancel: Tell us that you need to cancel by contacting us directly (e-mail [email protected] or use the contact form on our website). Please include your name and order number in your message. Once we receive your e-mail, we will cancel the order and send you an e-mail confirming that your order has been cancelled. If applicable, we will also send you an e-mail letting you know that we have processed your refund. After that, it is up to your bank to post a credit to your account (we don't have any control over this part). It may take your bank a few business days to post this credit. If you have waited a few business days and your bank still hasn't posted your refund, then please get in touch with us again (via e-mail) so we can work with your bank to resolve this matter.
